  I ordered 2 things online late in the evening. I went to bed woke up and drove an hour to pick up what i needed. I got there and the had 0 record of my order. They asked for an order number, didnt know i needed it. They asked if i could get into my email, i dont remember what day it is let alone a password. I spent over 2 hours in the store. I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK. I never received the email they said i should have gotten. They stole $180 from me and wont do anything to fix it. I am 31 weeks pregnant, i am exhausted and dont have the patience for this. I cannot describe the level of disgust i have for this company and the fact they are so ok with stealing money from their customers.
