Sometimes I feel like the staff think they’re the only ones in the world that have to work after Christmas. I was doin my husband a favor and exchanging his shirt for work and the dismissive attitude from the “manager “ was unnecessary and I’m sure NOT up to the Gap family Standards. My suggestion would be to retrain the management so that the team can work more effectively. I left without any exchange and not even a simple have a great day! A smile is free!
