  I was greeted by a lovely lady named Maria,she was pleasant and helpful,showed me a variety of furniture options,and once we completed our transaction, brought me to the sleep center for a mattress purchase. She stayed with me until a gentleman named Akin,joined us,she explained what I was looking for. He was as helpful and and pleasant as she was. He asked pertinent questions about how each item shown made me feel,I have fibromyalgia and arthritis. Asked me my budget and showed me the best options for my budget. These two people made me feel important and that my opinion mattered to them,I was referred by a good friend to Bernie and Phyl's,and I in turn will do the same. The staff is friendly and caring,making you feel that you are treated with respect and care.

  In November of 2016 we bought a 3 piece leather sofa and 2 love seats with power recliners. One of the recliners has had the motor replaced, and now the die is rubbing off the leather showing a big light colored area. This set was manufactured by "Della" and sold by Bernie & Phyl's. The fabric is only warrantied for 1 year so I can either live with it or pay B&F's $199 to come and try and fix it, with no guarantees. I think for $3700 I could expect more than a years usage before problems (PS: we are in our 70's with no kids using the furniture, and we spend a substantial portion of the year away traveling). Will I purchase from Bernie and Phyl's again? Hell NO
