  Okay, so my mom and I were at Lord & Taylor today around 5-6'ish to buy a pair of Clark's shoes because we heard it was on sale. Their only salesperson, a short Asian man, was the only one at the counter and would not help out at all, instead brushing me off and even going so far as saying someone else will be help me. There was literally no one else there besides him and two other customers at that time. Even the two customers told him at one point to, "help out that gentleman over there because he looks like he's been waiting a while." Still, no one came over to help. Finally he takes the shoes on display from me but literally 5 seconds, comes back and tells me that they don't have it in my size and stores the shoes out of view. He never even went to the counter to do the look-up! I was watching him the entire time! We finally seek another salesperson who offers to recheck for us and she tells us no, that they don't have it in the right size. We left after that and will be filing a complaint soon to the Manager.

  Worst customer service experience I've ever experienced! Victoria who identified herself as being a supervisor in the shoe dept. needs to be fired for how rude she was today. IF YOU DON'T LIKE HELPING PEOPLE, DON'T WORK IN RETAIL!
