- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆October 05, 2019, by MJ HI️ went in to purchase a couple of hand tools. I️ walked in from the parking lot, through half the store, then took the escalator down to hardware. I️ was in hardware for 15 minutes searching for the tools that I️ wanted. I️ eventually found them, then had to walk back upstairs and search for an additional 5 minutes to find an associate to ring me out. The associate who rang me out was the first one I️ saw in the entire time I️ was in the store. Experiences such as this make it apparent why Sears is closing stores left and right. Shameful to say the least.
